HoJo! I saw plenty of this figure on the shelves at K-Mart, Bradlees, and Ames. Don't think I bought him but I know I had at least two Mets (probably Gooden and Strawberry.)
Yeah,even today ,alot of the carded figures still have their K Mart price tags on them.The only 1988 Mets I was able to track down as a kid was Hernandez,Gooden,Strawberry and Dykstra.HoJo and McReynolds seemed to always be MIA.
What year is this figure? Don't recall seeing too many figures featuring guys running without a glove.
